This scent is all fruit, salt & iris. The opening is quite strong, akin to dumping a whole bag of skittles in the pie hole with a pinch of salt for good measure. It’s enjoyable, but overboard. After 45 minutes, the aroma rounds up the edges and settles down. The iris begins to bloom and delivers an earthy floral note. The musky sea notes then enter to frame and deliver an umami vibe. They are the truly big players behind the salt, fruit and iris and add deeper layers to the fragrance. As versatile as it is opulent, Millésime Impérial is worn by both men and women who appreciate its salty-sweet mix of sun-kissed citrus and rich musk. Fit for royalty, this citrus/fresh scent is famed for its signature golden look and befits any occasion, from the corner office to the corner suite. A big let down on the original is its poor longevity and projection, we have fixed this problem in our version as we have enhanced a few key ingredients and amplified others to give a much better longevity and solid performance.
The end is a salty-sweet, fruity-floral monster. It develops beautifully on the skin and definitely bleeds quality. Perfect for both men and women. Silage: 9/10, longevity: 8/10

Got this in a sample box for my brother’s birthday and I really like it. I’d say it’s unisex. Musky, salty and has the Creed DNA. There’s something about it that reminds me of Aventus. They must share at least one base note.
