This opens strong with a punchy oud smell. Almost like the smell of ink. This smell lays cooler austere onto the spices and incense. An extremely elegant opening. The dry-down oud layer fades into the base and the smell starts turning into a more complex scent, kind of churchlike and gothic. Smouldering lava & incense oud, with a strange sweetness. Flaming blood-orange, with an oozing resinous smell. The projection and longevity are impressive, this can stay on you for a good 24 hours if not more and in clothing can go for a good 2 weeks. For the people who appreciate the middle eastern style of volcanic strong oud presence. A masterpiece.
