This starts off as a strong medicinal, citrusy scent that has a strong lavender hit to it, but after an hour it settles into a well-rounded, exquisite incense-y vanilla that will last for hours on your skin. It is beautiful. Shelimars is a true journey that takes you on a different path every time you wear it. It can even take you back to the 1920s! A true masterpiece and most certainly not a commercial perfume. It has a complex precious shimmering melange of vanilla to it, and can easily be compared to a perfectly cut flawless precious gemstone. An awesome perfume with a ton of character.

Lovely, Smells much like Shalimar. Lasts all day. Have been asked a couple of times what I’m wearing. On my second bottle.
